About the event
On the 10th edition of Israel Yoga Festival (my 8th year teaching here) I will be offering two workshops

Ritual Motion: A fluid, dynamic Vinyasa class with elements of mixed martial arts, mobility and animal locomotion. A moving meditation for the divided mind - cultivating focus, presence, and resilience by bringing us fully into what is here, now.

The Living Body: Somatic Yoga (Hatha Yoga) as a tool for finer attunement with our wisdom body.
