Life is the perfect balance between questioning and trusting
Embodied practices helped me reveal my own path and now I am honored to help you find yours
My Journey
I've always been deeply curious—drawn to the different realms of existence and the full experience of being in a body. I seek connections everywhere, learning through nature, experimentation, and the wisdom of trial and error. I used to question everything, but over time, I also learned to trust the unfolding of life.
Like many, my path to self-discovery didn't begin in a temple or ashram. It began with a life-changing moment: a 26-meter jump into a quarry that left me with three spinal fractures. Unable to walk for months, I faced a long recovery.
Yoga became my lifeline—not just for physical healing, but for rebuilding my emotional and mental resilience. This experience sparked a deep curiosity that led me to India and beyond, immersing myself in yoga, movement arts, and wisdom traditions. For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to exploring the body, mind, and energy in motion, weaving together ancient knowledge with modern science.

My Background and Training
I am an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and a registered lead trainer at the Naim Registered Yoga School under Yoga Alliance. Since 2009, I have completed over 1,500 hours of training, with ongoing studies each year to refine and expand my teaching.
With over 12,000 hours of teaching experience as of early 2025, I bring depth and expertise to my classes and trainings.
I hold a BA in Communication from the University of Amsterdam, which supports my ability to engage and connect deeply with others through my work.
Connection
To ourselves, each other, nature, and spirit
My Philosophy
Through my studies, I've discovered practices that regulate the nervous system, support a healthy body, and train the mind to recognize that everything is a matter of perception. These practices don't just reduce suffering; they offer tools to navigate the inevitable changes life brings. Because if there's one certainty, it's that everything changes.
