Course Details
This advanced training unfolds across three 100-hour modules, each designed to stand alone or be combined as a complete, accredited 300-hour training.

Module I — The Embodied Teacher
Explore fascia, functional anatomy, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and the Art of Touch in Asana. Develop a deeper understanding of the body and learn to offer intelligent, sensitive hands-on assists across the full spectrum of yoga postures, while integrating restorative and trauma-informed approaches to teaching.
Module II — The Intelligent Teacher
Deepen your skills in sequencing, transitions, cueing and advanced teaching methodology. Learn to create intelligent, purposeful practices while developing greater clarity in observation, communication, adaptation and teaching presence.
Module III — The Integrated Teacher
Explore the deeper dimensions of yoga through philosophy, pranayama, meditation, mantra and subtle body practices. Deepen your personal sadhana and integrate the teachings of yoga into both your practice and your teaching.
