Contact Beyond Contact

Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a transformative dance and healing practice that integrates Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, and Passing Through. It combines elements of yoga, Qigong, mindfulness, and various healing modalities to foster grounding and authentic connection.

In our sessions, we explore diverse techniques to cultivate meaningful and enjoyable contact dance experiences. Participants practice setting boundaries, connecting authentically, and co-creating within a supportive community. This session ends with a grounding sound healing led by Dan Avidor.
